  • Image of the invoice.
  • One clear image of the outer box.
  • Two clear images of the damaged product.
Process:
  • For shipments with multiple items, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
  • We will promptly replace the damaged product and ensure a fair resolution.
  • Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.

2. Missing Product

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days from the delivery date by emailing support@legendaryamrita.com .

Required Information:
  • Order number.
  • Image of the invoice.
  • One clear image of the outer box.
  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all items received.
Process:
  • We do not process refunds for missing items but will promptly resend the missing product.
  • Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.

3. Spoiled Product

If you encounter a spoiled product, please notify us within 10 days from the delivery date by emailing support@legendaryamrita.com.

Required Information:
  • Order number.
  • Date of packaging/manufacture.
  • Clear images or videos of the product.
Important Notes:
  • Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are not eligible for returns as our products are natural and handcrafted, leading to batch variations.
  • We ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and retain their nutritional value.
Process:
  • After due investigation, spoiled products will be replaced.
  • Our team will work with you to ensure a fair outcome.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided.
